Naomis Store strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we do not accept returns,rather give exchange the value of product excluding shipping fee with a coupon for next order purchase.
You must contact us at Sales@NaomisStore.com prior to complain and reason within 7 days after delivery of products.
|1. Order Cancellation|
|We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at Sales@NaomisStore.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.|
|We will accept exchanges only for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.

|If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
